What Works Part III

What really works for building speed?
Here are some thoughts...

1. Hit faster
2. Kick faster
3. Move faster
4. Spar often
5. Explode off the line
6. Sprint sessions 2x a weeks
7. Light weights-high reps
8. Footwork, footwork, footwork-15 mins a day
9. Knife sparring
10.Fast shadow boxing
11.Hit faster,kick faster, move faster, spar often...move that body fast.

Its very basic. In order to become faster you must simply train faster. Intervals, quick sets, aerobic training must enter into your weekly/monthly routine. Once speed has been gained, you must then maintain.

Remember the fast-est with the most-est is the best-est!!!
